The Palace Flophouse is a restaurant and bar concept inspired by Monterey California, John Steinbeck, and his novel "Cannery Row". In this story, Darling the Pointer is the mascot to a gang of local revelers who furnish an abandoned shed into a beloved "palace". Here, I've illustrated Darling as the primary logo of this casual and fun-loving restaurant accompanied by the name of this restaurant in an air-stream style font and my own print handwriting.
